Discover places recommended by the ones you trust and follow!
If you’ve ever used travel apps to review venues, food and entertainment you probably know they can be somewhat bias and inaccurate. So how can we trust the opinions and ratings to find that ultimate place we are looking for? We have the answer thanks to one of our talent!
Model and now entrepreneur, Greg Villain, is the mastermind behind new app ‘Boutiq’, which celebrated it’s official launch last week at The Commons, Darlinghurst. What better place to launch a food & travel app than at the historical farmhouse and locally sourced food restaurant & bar The Commons.
Boutiq was created based on recommendations for users to discover new places for food, drink and travel around the world all by their friends, family and social network. Boutiq is, “Where to go from who you know”, explained Villain, helping users find the hidden gems near and far that they might not have realised existed. Use it as a memory bank for the places you love, and most importantly, the places personally recommended by your trusted “inner circle”.
Greg Villain and business partner Nick Watt, were proud to launch the app in true Boutiq style along with 100 guests, indulging in decadent cheese & charcuterie boards as well as exclusive Boutiq Espresso Martinis, live music and plenty of laughs.
In such a short period of time since the launch of the app, Boutiq has had an impressive response rate from foodies, travellers and beauty bloggers worldwide. As a result of the app already booming with success, Greg and the team behind Boutiq have plans to branch out beyond travel and food in into the wonderful world of beauty. With so many beauty services out there, there is a high demand in finding exactly what we want and need. Boutiq will allow users to recommend their favourite beauty services to their friends and family – recommend your favourite hairdresser or beautician and find out what others beauty secrets may be.
Now you can become a part of a community where you receive only the most honest none-biased recommendations. Boutiq is now available to download from the App Store.
